I've emailed the support address about the fact that I keep getting plugin errors when I click on a profile, or try to listen to an audio profile, and I still have not heard anything back.
I can imagine this must be frustrating for a lot of people, cause one of the features you pay for in a premium membership is a longer audio profile. What's the point in even having an audio profile if no one can listen to it?
Very few audio profiles work, and more than of half of them don't. The only real benifit of having a premium membership now are all the stupid anagram games, if you buy a membership for a longer audio profile it's really a ripoff.
Anyone else agree?

Yep, same here. I will send it to them if yall like. I can't hear audio profiles. :( And I want to hear them!
This appears to be an issue which only few people seem to be having. For example, I am having no issues hearing audio profiles on my windows 10 machine, but have some issues hearing them on my windows 7 machine (both using internet explorer). So, I don't know what to tell you! At any rate, if someone does send them the link, they will see this particular post and (hopefully) know how to address it.

I am having the same problem after my google crome stopped working, for some reason, I can't hear anything with internet explorer, but google crome was fine with audio profiles here.
I'm having the same issue. I'm using windows 7. I hope it gets fixed!
Everyone else is having an error and I'm not? That's unprecedented. lol. I just tried two different audio profiles, and they both worked. I'm running Windows 7 and IE 11.

The issue with recording profiles for premiums was reported to have been fixed.
Are there still playback issues?
Hmm, the audio profiles actually do work now. What happened to zone by phone though? Just curious.

The only problem I'm having is with the regular profile. When I click on a user's name and read down their profile, I can't find the section where people write a little about themselves. I realize not everyone fills out that section, but even when I look at someone's profile that I've looked at before and know they have that section filled out, I can no longer find it.
I did notice one odd thing, though. When I clicked on the profile of a user whom I knew to have an audio profile, I couldn't get to it from her written profile. But when I went to the page that lists all the audio profiles, I found it.
